Tuition Enrolment Terms & Conditions

A student's enrolment is confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received.

Payment is required before the student is allowed to attend any online class, physical class, monthly class, or self-paced programme.

Once payment is made, the student's place, teacher allocation, class materials, learning access, and schedule slot will be reserved.

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, whether the student enrols in an online live class, physical class, monthly class, or self-paced learning programme.

This is because the student's seat, teacher time, class resources, and learning access are reserved immediately after payment.

Refunds will only be considered if required by law or if the tuition centre cancels the programme and is unable to provide a suitable replacement class, credit, or alternative arrangement.

For cancellation or withdrawal before the start of a new monthly class, parents or students must inform the centre in writing according to the notice periods below.

If cancellation is made after the required notice period, the fee for that month will still be charged and will not be refunded.

This applies even if the student does not attend the class.

The centre may, at its discretion, offer class replacement, credit transfer, or rescheduling, but this is not guaranteed.

If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered used.

No refund or automatic replacement class will be provided for missed classes.

Replacement classes are subject to teacher availability, class schedule, and approval by the centre.

Online classes are treated the same as physical classes in terms of payment, cancellation, attendance, and refund policy.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, working device, microphone, and access to the required online platform.

Technical issues from the student's side will not qualify for a refund.

For self-paced classes, payment is non-refundable once access to the learning materials, video lessons, platform, files, or resources has been given.

Sharing login details, videos, notes, or learning materials with others is strictly prohibited.

Access duration will follow the package or programme purchased.

The centre may arrange students into individual, small-group, or group classes depending on subject, level, teacher availability, and student suitability.

The centre reserves the right to adjust class timing, teacher assignment, or class grouping where necessary.

Any changes will be communicated to parents or students in advance where possible.

Fees paid are generally not transferable to another student, sibling, subject, or programme.

Any transfer request is subject to the centre's approval and must be made before class access or class attendance begins.

By making payment and confirming enrolment, the parent, guardian, or student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
