How TutorPakar handles your information

What we collect

TutorPakar may collect the contact details you submit through enquiry forms, WhatsApp messages and study-matching workflows, together with account information such as your name, email address, school, current Standard or Form, and education preferences you choose to share.

Why we collect it

We use this information to create and secure student accounts, personalise learning tools, provide enrolled courses, send account verification or recovery messages, respond to tuition enquiries, recommend suitable study options, and improve the website experience.

How we protect it

We only use information for legitimate operational purposes and do not sell enquiry data to third parties. Access is limited to the team members and service providers needed to support TutorPakar operations.

Third-party services

TutorPakar uses Supabase to provide account authentication and store student profile data, and SMTP2GO to deliver transactional account emails such as confirmation and password-recovery messages. We may also use hosting, analytics, messaging and embedded-media providers needed to operate the service.

Account passwords and access

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not displayed to TutorPakar staff. Access to student records is limited according to account permissions and operational need. Paid-course access is managed separately from account creation.

Retention and deletion

We keep account information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal or payment-record obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You may request correction or deletion of your account through TutorPakar support, subject to records we must retain.
