STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in two subjects; or STAM with at least Jayyid; or diploma with CGPA 2.00; or matriculation / foundation CGPA 2.00; or secondary school examination / Shahadah Thanawiyah ‘Ammah; or equivalent recognized qualification.

The accessed English-language programme page states, for international students, minimum MUET Band 1 / TOEFL 8–19 / IELTS 1.0. Please verify directly with MEDIU because institutional English rules may be updated.

Additional Arabic requirement: credit in Arabic at SPM or equivalent; applicants also need to pass the MEDIU Arabic Placement Test (MAPT) or equivalent. APEL.A route is mentioned.
